Delivery Options

We like to receive delivery FAST ourselves so we try to despatch everything same day wherever possible. There is a notional cut-off of mid-afternoon, whereafter orders will be shipped next day. First Class postage is INCLUDED in all orders destined for mainland UK.

UK Royal Mail postage is INCLUDED on all orders destined for mainland UK, meaning no extra charges. We will send by tracked service on request, just call us on 02476 939915 rather than ordering online.

Delivery Costs outside UK

Europe

We can deliver to any EU member country for a charge of £15.00 per order, regardless of order size.

Rest of World

We will ship ANYWHERE, at cost, but prices can vary quite dramatically – please contact us with any specific requirements that you have and we will give you advice on shipping and associated tariffs.

Collection

If you have a preferred service or preferential rates with your own carrier, we would be happy for you to arrange collection. This usually involves sending us any barcode shipping labels electronically. There is no surcharge for asking us to do this.
